REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in the field of Engineering or Business Administration with 15 years of experience as an operations manager or Manager in an engineering and industrial services company.

With KSA valid driving license. Available for local iqama transfer.

Key Responsibilities: Process Optimization: streamline and improve business processes, which involves analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity. Resource Management: ensure that resources allocated effectively to maximize output while minimizing costs. Quality Control: implement control measures to ensure that products and services meet predefined standards to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Team Leadership: leads teams and collaborates with various departments with strong leadership skills for motivating employees, fostering a collaborative culture, and promoting professional development. Budgeting and Financial Management: oversee budgets related to operational expenses and must analyze financial reports, forecast future financial performance, and identify areas for cost reduction without sacrificing quality. Supply Chain Management: manage the supply chain which includes procurement, inventory management, and logistics to ensure that products & services are delivered on time and in full.

Data Analysis and Reporting: utilize data analytics to make informed decisions by tracking performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights that guide strategic direction.
