As a Customer Support Associate, you will be assisting customers over the phone with faults and account queries. But don't worry, our well-resourced environment will provide you with the tools & opportunities you need to develop customer-focused skills, enhance your knowledge of Australia’s telecom industry, and upskill in industry-standard software platforms.

Timelines:

Training: 2-3 Weeks (9 am- 5:30 pm, Mon-Fri)

On-the-job training: 2-3 Weeks (7 am - 7 pm, any 8 hrs., Mon-Fri)

Production: Hybrid work opportunity after 6 months (7 am - 11 pm, any 8 hrs., Mon-Sun)
