The Opportunity: In this role, you will be a key member of the IT Projects Team, playing a crucial part in the successful implementation of a new finance ERP system and other associated digital initiatives. Your responsibilities will span a broad range of stakeholder and project activities, including business analysis, change management, systems analysis, system configuration, and training delivery.

Key responsibilities: facilitate discussions with project and business stakeholders to map as-is and to-be processes and procedures. Analyze workflows to create process maps and identify areas for improvement. Develop user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Collaborate with delivery partners or other third party vendors. Undertake current and future state gap analysis and assess changes and impacts to ensure that strategy and transition planning meet program objectives. Support business readiness assessments and change engagement activities.

What we are looking for: You will have proven experience in a business analyst or consultant role delivering outcomes for a significant digital transformation program. You will be a skilled communicator with a robust mix of analytical prowess, business insight, and finance system expertise. The ability to develop relationships among many stakeholders at all levels will be critical to your success. Experience in various finance ERP's is highly desirable, as is a background or education in finance/accounting, with practical support in system implementation.
