Technical Support Officer, Shore. North Sydney, Sydney NSW. Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology). Full time. We are looking for a skilled professional with a solid background in supporting both Windows and Apple devices. The successful candidate will become an integral part of our Technology Services Team.
Key Qualifications and Skills: Relevant tertiary qualifications in ICT or 3-5 years of relevant experience. Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance. Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, such as the Essential Eight and NIST. Proven experience in configuring, deploying, and managing personal computers using inTune and JAMF. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings and discussions. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities: Support the implementation of new systems and technology infrastructure. Configure, deploy, and provide ongoing support for Windows and Apple devices. Perform operational tasks to ensure the availability, reliability, and security of the technology environment. Serve as the subject matter expert for escalated issues from the Service Team.
