Office Administrator, Lomas Cleaning and Renovation Inc. Location 16736 110 Ave NW Edmonton, AB. Salary 28.50 hourly / 30 hours per week. Full time. Day, Evening, Morning. Starts as soon as possible. Languages English. Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience. Experience 7 months to less than 1 year.
Responsibilities: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures. Delegate work to office support staff. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Carry out administrative activities of establishment. Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services. Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. Train staff. Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures. Plan and control budget and expenditures. Supervision. 1 to 2 people.
