As Talent & Resourcing Advisor, you will be responsible for sourcing top-tier candidates and collaborate with key leaders to ensure we continue to build a strong, talented workforce that aligns with our company culture and growth targets for 2025 and beyond.

Desired Skills and Experience

About You To be successful in this role, you will possess: Demonstrated experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition. A passion for recruitment and a strong understanding of best practice recruitment and selection. Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work with stakeholders across various levels. Tech- savvy and experience with candidate management systems and online recruitment tools. A track record of developing tailored recruitment strategies. Ability to actively source talent and build pipelines. Excellent time management and organization, with the ability to juggle multiple job vacancies.
