Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of university
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Licensure as a Registered Nurse by the province/territory of work, Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), Basic cardiac life support (BCLS)
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Languages: Speak English, Speak French, Read English, Read French, Write English, Write French
Work Setting: Hospital, Community health clinic or centre, Nursing or convalescent home
Area of Specialization: General duty, Clinic, Emergency room, Medical unit
Specific Skills: Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions, Dispense and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician, Monitor, assess, address, document and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions, Assist in surgery and other medical procedures, Provide nursing care
