We are a trending restaurant in Mount Hawthorn looking for a full-time chef de partie/chef to work with our awesome team. Modern middle eastern and Mediterranean cuisine. Full-time hours (4 & half days of work, home Sunday nights, Monday & Tuesdays).

38 hours/week, sociable hours. We're open Wednesday - Friday 5-10pm (Dinner Service). Saturday 10 a.m.–10 10pm (Bottomless brunch & Dinner Service). Sunday 10am - 4pm (Bottomless brunch & all day menu).

What we're looking for: A passion for food and flavor. Creative, trendy, cost-effective, sexy-looking dishes. A leader who has a vision and plan for the type of food they want to create. Great communication and organisation skills. A team player who includes the whole team in ideas/menu development, effectively leads, inspires the team. Establishing and maintaining work, OHS and food safety standards

Additional skills: Menu development and costing. Stock control and ordering. Development and maintenance of internal procedures. Commitment to achieving KPI's, managing budgets and implementing cost-effective and revenue-focused strategies.

A track record of being reliable and able to handle minimal supervision at time. Availability to work weekdays & weekends.
