Job Title: Social Media Manager. Location: Flexible (In-studio and remote work available)

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to elevate the online presence of our brow and lash studios. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management and content creation, with the ability to capture, edit, and create engaging daily content to market our brand and promote our salon, staff, and services. This role will involve working across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Mailchimp for email marketing. The position offers flexibility in terms of working hours and days, with the requirement that content is scheduled in advance. Remote work is possible for editing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management: Capture high-quality photos and videos of salon activities, staff, and services. Edit and create engaging content tailored for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Develop and implement a content calendar to ensure timely posting and promotion.

Platform-Specific Deliverables: Post 5 reels/posts per week on Instagram. Create and share 3-4 TikTok reels per week. Design and publish 3 interactive stories per week. Send out 2 marketing emails per month via Mailchimp.

Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness, views, and engagement. Implement targeted advertising and promotions to reach ideal clients in our area. Grow and engage our email subscriber list through effective email marketing strategies.

Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and analyze social media performance and engagement metrics.

Prepare and present a monthly report detailing insights, growth, and strategy effectiveness.

Qualifications: Proven experience in social media management and content creation, particularly for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Proficiency in editing software and scheduling apps. Experience with Mailchimp and email marketing strategies. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong communication skills and a creative mindset. A phone with ample storage and necessary apps for content management.

Additional Information: Flexible working hours and days, with the option to work remotely for editing tasks. The role requires a proactive approach to scheduling and content management. Use of paid ads is acceptable, provided there is a clear strategy for implementation.
