We’re looking for a cleaning supervisor who’s obsessed with delivering high-quality customer experiences and supporting a team of cleaners to do their best work.

Here’s what you’ll do in the Cleaning Supervisor role: Alongside the area manager, you’ll train and coach your staff, inspect sites, and support and manage cleaning staff. You’ll provide outstanding customer service, You’ll use your exceptional attention to detail to make sure the services are consistently delivered to a quality standard. You’re reliable, trustworthy, and can lead and motivate teams to perform at their best. You’ll have a customer-first mindset and proactively manage customer relationships. You’ll make things happen—you're organized—and get things done. You bring energy and motivation to your work. You are passionate about building a healthy team culture.

You coach and develop team members to increase team performance. You support a number of teams, ensuring that they are performing at a high level and are a strong representative of the Realcorp brand. You will oversee safety compliance and solve cleaning issues. You will supervise and assist in more specialized cleaning tasks.

To be successful for this position, you must have: Strong management experience. Task-oriented and ability to thrive managing a high volume of tasks. Advanced English skills, written and spoken

Full-time availability. Full car driver’s license. One year cleaning or facilities experience.

Hours: The majority of the properties which we manage are cleaned during the day, but some are cleaned in the evening. Accordingly, it is expected that the Cleaning Supervisor works at least one evening each week to inspect properties which are serviced in the evening.

It is expected that calls and queries from cleaners and clients are responded to between 7 a.m. and 5pm.
