The Position: You will be responsible for a portfolio of properties around Brisbane covering: Full-service property management minus the trust accounting. Advertising properties for rent using Eagle CRM. Managing properties using Property Me. Leasing and open homes. Arranging maintenance and repairs. Managing arrears. Lease renewals. Coordinate routine inspections. Condition reports. Routine inspections are handled by a dedicated inspector, so these won't get in the way of your day-to-day duties. You will be supported by the Managing Director and an experienced VA.
