THE ROLE: We are excited to offer an opportunity for a speech pathologist to join our dynamic team in Sydney. As a mobile speech pathologist at Health Proof, you will play a critical role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals with disabilities, older adults, and those recovering from injury or illness. Your work will directly impact the quality of life of your clients by helping them improve their communication abilities and overall well-being.
Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders, as well as swallowing difficulties, and developing individualized treatment plans based on the results, client goals, and evidence-based practices.
Providing tailored, evidence-based speech therapy services to improve communication and swallowing, implementing therapy in various settings such as homes, community centers, schools, and residential care facilities while educating clients and caregivers on management strategies.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and maintaining clear communication with clients, families, and stakeholders to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes.
A mix of travel to client locations across Sydney and working from home to conduct telehealth sessions and complete report writing.

Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology. Current SPA registration
Professional Indemnity Insurance. Full Australian work rights. Valid Australian driver’s license and vehicle. 1 year minimum experienced speech pathologists encouraged to apply.
