Based in North Brisbane, we’re a leading provider of electrical, solar, and air conditioning services, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to manage day-to-day operations, all while working alongside a supportive team. As the Operations Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated group of technicians, client coordinators, and admin assistants while being the go-to person for staff and clients alike.

You’ll report directly to the General Manager, but here’s the best part—you’ll have the full support of our Technical Manager. If there are technical aspects you’re unsure of, the Technical Manager will be there to guide you, answering all the questions you may have and allowing you to focus on what you do best: leading the team, ensuring operations run smoothly, and delivering top-tier service to our clients.

What you’ll do: Lead and motivate a team that thrives on getting things done. Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and smooth communication. Manage the daily operations, balancing planned works with reactive jobs. Work hand-in-hand with the Technical Manager for any technical support you need, ensuring you feel confident in your leadership role. Ensure technicians are scheduled efficiently and that operations run seamlessly. Cultivate a positive, organised, and collaborative work environment where both the team and clients feel valued.

What we’re looking for: Experience as a Senior Scheduler or in a similar operational role within the electrical, solar, or air conditioning industries. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organisational and delegation skills, with the ability to handle a fast-paced workload. A proactive team player who can manage client relationships and work closely with staff and contractors. A positive, problem-solving attitude with a willingness to learn and grow alongside a supportive team.
