Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of skincare, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their skincare goals.  We have approximately 30 hours per week available, but more hours are available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities: Provide a range of beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, and body treatments. Conduct skin consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and products. Maintain a clean and organised treatment area. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Work as part of the Ella Bache Springfield team to achieve salon goals.

Requirements: Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent. Previous in-salon experience is preferred.

Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including Thursday evening and Saturdays.
