Retail Sales Manager, Neighbors Convenience Market. Location: Toronto, ON. Salary: 43.75 hourly / 35 hours per week. Full time. Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning. Starts as soon as possible. Languages English. Education College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Experience 7 months to less than 1 year.

Responsibilities: Manage staff and assign duties. Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales. Determine merchandise and services to be sold. Implement price and credit policies. Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Oversee payroll administration. Conduct performance reviews.
