About the Role: We're currently seeking applications for Permanent Boilermakers to join our teams at Wilmar's mills. These roles are located at various sites, including Plane Creek Mill in Sarina and Victoria Mill in Ingham. These are permanent, daywork positions with opportunities for overtime and some weekend work. Working in a sugar mill is unlike any other job—you'll be involved in fabricating and repairing critical components in a bustling, fast-paced environment that's integral to the sugar production process. Your Qualifications & Experience:

Our ideal candidates will have: Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication) or equivalent. A proven track record of high performance, self-motivation, excellent attendance, and punctuality. Relevant experience in fabrication, welding, and repair work. Desirable (but not essential)

Skills: Forklift Licence. Basic Riggers Ticket. Dogger Licence. Elevated Work Platform Ticket. Even if you don't have all the qualifications, we value the right attitude and are ready to provide the necessary training for the right candidates.
