Executive Support Officer, Ombudsman Western Australia. Perth WA. PA, EA & Secretarial (Administration & Office Support). Full time. Level 5, $96,307 to $105,254 p.a. PSCA 2022. We are currently seeking to fill the position of Executive Support Officer.

The Executive Support Officer is responsible for: Providing direct executive support to the Senior Assistant Ombudsman Operations and administrative support for other members of Corporate Executive. Providing a liaison and coordination service between Corporate Executive, senior management and key external stakeholders, such as Ministerial staff. Undertaking research, analysis and projects for the Senior Assistant Ombudsman Operations. Providing backup and assistance to the Executive Assistant to the Ombudsman.
