About Us: Livability Care Australia stands as a premier, approved NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and Supported Independent Living (SIL) provider. We serve South Australia, Queensland, and Victoria, helping participants find homes tailored to their unique preferences and goals. Our rapidly growing team is on the lookout for a motivated Service Coordinator to join us at our Southern of Adelaide, with some travelling required to Mawson Lakes 5096.

The Role: As a Service Coordinator you'll be at the forefront of delivering individualized support plans within a dynamic SDA environment.

You will: Lead and guide a team of Disability Support Workers to establish a high-quality, person-centred culture. You could have a team of up to 40 staff at one given time. Provide direct support to participants, including personal care, community engagement, and educational development. You could be oversee up to 10 participants. Supervise daily site operations and support services. Implement strategies from Positive Behavior Support Plans. Manage participant budgets and 24/7 rosters. Ensure compliance with incident reporting, care plan updates, and restrictive pracberstice reporting. Conduct case management meetings and NDIS consultations with families, carers, and stakeholders. Train and mentor, your team. Support NDIS budgeting and asset management. Collaborate with the Service Manager and team members.

Ideal Candidate Requirements: Proven leadership experience in disability services. Deep knowledge of NDIS guidelines and processes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Technologically savvy for roster management. Compliance-ready with relevant checks and certifications (NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, and Driver's License). Full-time availability and commitment to Livability Care Australia's mission.

Essential Skills & Qualifications: Strong background in managing challenging behaviours and autism spectrum disorders. Certificate IV or higher in Individual Support/Disability or related field. Experience in a leadership role, managing teams and complex care. NDIS Worker Screening Check. MAPA trained (highly desired)
