About The Role: We are looking for an experienced Trainer Assessor interested in working with us. We are predominantly looking for someone with the skills and experience to deliver, but not limited to First Aid, CPR, Advanced First Aid, Traffic Controller and White Card. primary role will be delivering the First Aid course, Traffic Management and White Card, including conducting career information sessions and additional student support activities as required.

In addition, they would also work collaboratively with the admin team to maintain and control students records and assist with validation of course resources. There is also the opportunity to undertake further development and deliver other courses in future.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: As a Trainer and assessor for NSTA Pty Ltd, you must meet, and continue to meet once approved, the following criteria. Professional experience in the relevant field of training or related field. Demonstrated experience in planning and designing training programs. Excellent communication and presentation skills, and demonstrated ability and willingness to work as member of a team. Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity and ability to integrate a gender perspective into all training activities. Ability to establish and maintain effective and constructive working relationships with people of different national and cultural backgrounds while maintaining impartiality and objectivity.

Hold TAE 40116 Certificate IV in training and assessment as a minimum qualification. Hold RIISS00054 Traffic Controller. Hold CPCWHS1001 White Card. Must hold the Advanced First Aid certificate. Strong related industry skills and work experience. Demonstrate you are continuing to develop their VET knowledge and skills, as well as maintaining their industry currency and training/assessor competence. Current drivers license.
