Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Support Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide vital support to our sales team, assist with client interactions, and contribute to our marketing efforts. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination with clients, while also managing various administrative tasks. This role is also perfect for university students looking to gain valuable experience while balancing their studies!

Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings. Manage communication channels, such as phone calls, emails, and social media platforms, to maintain strong client relationships. Assist in the preparation and delivery of marketing materials, using tools like Canva to create visually appealing content.

Coordinate and assist with marketing campaigns, including social media content creation and management. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales activities. Ensure excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and providing information about our services. Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using office software, including Canva. Experience in marketing and social media management is highly valued. Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Punctual, well-presented, and professional.

Employment Details: Part-time position requiring availability on three days of the week, with mandatory workdays on Friday and Saturday. A 3-month probation period will apply.
