Responsibilities: Confer with clients to identify requirements. Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements. Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery. Assess the physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware. Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle. Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems. Resolve conflicting situations. Usability testing. Consult with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support. Experience and specialization. Area of work experience.
