About the role: Are you passionate about early childhood education and making a lasting impact on young lives? Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our dynamic Early Learning center team in Woodroffe, NT. This full-time role is integral to providing high-quality education and care for our students.

What you'll be doing: is planning, implementing and evaluating developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children aged 2–5 years. Fostering a nurturing, safe and stimulating environment that supports the physical, social, emotional and cognitive development of each child. Collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interests. Maintaining accurate records and documentation to meet regulatory requirements. Actively participating in team meetings, professional development and continuous improvement initiatives. Promoting the school's Catholic ethos and values in all interactions with children, families and the wider community

What we're looking for Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Qualification). Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are needed to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Passion for fostering the holistic development of young children and a commitment to inclusive, high-quality early childhood education.
