Endeavour Construction & Carpentry is a multi-faceted construction company with a carpentry origin that has been focused on producing luxury, high-end residential homes for the last 10 years. Endeavour Construction requires an experienced site manager to assist the company in delivering various detailed & complex projects. Our site manager will be provided with their own laptop & the support of a leading hand & labourer in order to successfully deliver projects to our clients.

About you: Degree or diploma in Construction Project Management. Licenses in carpentry or building are advantageous but not necessary. Multiple years of experience in a site manager role. Ability to work autonomously. Ability to deliver projects efficiently & effectively without compromising on detail. Experienced in reading & interpreting construction documentation. Experienced in coordinating multiple team members. Experienced in liaising with multiple stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Project. Proficient in cloud-based storage platforms. Well-organized & driven professional. Exceptional communication skills (oral and written).

The role is to work closely with our director. Work closely in a team, both office-based & site-based. Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Supervise all onsite work from start to finish. Setout & maintain important construction elements onsite, i.e., setbacks, footings, and walls. Ensure all works are completed according to Australian Standards & BCA. Ensure adherence to OHS requirements. Ensure projects are on budget & as per the program. Determine material & resource requirements weekly. Schedule subcontractor work & supplier deliveries. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, & suppliers.
