Endeavour Construction requires a skilled Junior Contracts Administrator to assist the company and its project managers in maintaining & managing a high output of documentation across all these projects. About you: Degree/Diploma in Construction Project Management. 1-3 years’ experience in a contracts administrator role. Your own vehicle/transport. Experience in reading & interpreting construction documentation. Experience in construction contracts, planning & budgeting. Experience in liaising with consultants, subcontractors & suppliers. Experience in DAs, CDCs, CCs & OCs to a PCA/Council. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Project. Proficient in cloud-based storage platforms. Well organised & driven professional. Ability to work autonomously. Have great attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills (oral and written).
The role: Work closely with our Director & Project Managers. Exposure to multiple, unique projects at the same time. Producing information for project head contracts & subcontracts. Producing information for project programs & budgets. Producing information for project spreadsheets & draw downs. Documenting meeting minutes & notes. Liaising with consultants, subcontractors & suppliers. Collating DA/CC/OC documentation for submission. Maintaining & updating project documentation on cloud-based storage platforms. Lodging head contract progress claims, invoices, variations, extensions & notice of delays. Reviewing subcontractor & supplier claims/invoices.
