Job Opportunity: BIM Engineer (Civil), Region: Riyadh (Riyadh). One of the leading construction company in Riyadh looking for BIM CIVIL Engineer with 5 years of experience.

Job Responsibilities: Report to the BIM Lead and Director. Create precise 3D BIM models. Develop plans, sections, elevations and details from 3D BIM model. Take ownership of modeling, drawings and documentation production process. Understand and implement industry-wide BIM standards. Develop details and drawings from conceptual ideas and engineer’s sketches. Annotate and dimension details on drawings as per company standards. Review model and drawings to ensure compliance with design. Highlight potential problems and look for a solution. Interact with engineers, architects and clients to coordinate BIM modeling and drawings. Create 3D views or renders for project use or marketing purposes.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM engineering with a focus on structural modeling. Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD Architecture, and Navisworks. Strong understanding of civil design principles and construction processes. Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
