Administration and Customer Service Assistant, McArthur. Richmond, Adelaide SA. Client & Sales Administration (Administration & Office Support). Part time. $31.00–$31.35 p.h. As Administration and Customer Service Assistant, you will provide office support to the team and exemplary telephone customer service. Working closely with the Office manager, you will be performing a variety of administrative duties and assisting in the day-to-day running of the business.
Key duties will include: Scheduling service bookings (same day, monthly and annual white ant treatments). Follow-up calls to long-standing customers (to arrange annual inspections). Schedule bookings in calendars for 5 service technicians. Database records (Filemaker). Preparing booking confirmations and service reports (MS Word templates). Processing payments and receipting. Printing, scanning, and filing.
To be successful in this role, you will be highly motivated, have strong initiative and have a friendly, positive disposition. You : will have a proven background (5+ years) in office administration and provide exemplary customer service, ideally in a technical service-based industry with scheduling knowledge. High level of written and verbal communication. Conversant with MS Word & Outlook and in-house databases (data entry). Ability and willingness to work with both paper-based and digital systems. Flexible and adaptable to multitask in a small office. Hold a current National Police Clearance (or be willing to undertake one).
