Role Overview
Working weekends is essential. Fine dining wait staff responsibilities will include setting tables with precision and attention to detail, having extensive knowledge of the menu and wine list, and working with the kitchen and other staff to give our customers an amazing experience. We are looking for someone who can be the 2IC in FOH operations, working alongside our Restaurant Manager.
