We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Advisor to join our team in Milperra. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive technology and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Greet customers, understand their vehicle issues, and provide clear communication throughout the service process. Service Coordination: Schedule vehicle service appointments and manage workflow to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Estimate Preparation: Provide accurate service estimates and communicate costs, repairs, and recommendations clearly to customers. Work Order Management: Create and manage work orders, ensuring all necessary information is accurately conveyed to service technicians.

Customer Updates: Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle’s service, including any additional repairs or delays.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

About you: Proven Service Advisor experience. Proven experience in the motor mechanic field. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Effective communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
