We are a TV production company currently seeking a motivated, talented and energetic individual to fill our Production Coordinator role. This role is suited to a highly organised and reliable professional with exceptional time management skills.

Responsibilities: Coordinate and book all resources (staff, equipment, venues and travel) required for filming projects. Organize and prepare call sheets for production. Update and maintain production schedule. Prepare budgets for filming projects. Liaise with clients on projects. Track progress of projects. Research products and locations. Assist in drafting scripts. Write PR statements for TV programs. Manage social media posts. Write communication of TV programs, including media releases and fact sheets for websites. Assist the Production Manager with other tasks and projects when required.

Key requirements: Be computer literate and have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Understanding of Adobe Suite is an advantage. A high level of organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure, with changing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team to achieve common goals and targets. Capable of proactively building and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers. Effective management of the production process requires a high level of attention to detail. competitive salary will be provided based on experience and will be negotiated.
