JOB ROLE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Day-to-day running of allocated projects; including installation of shopfronts, joinery, and build works throughout fitout. General Supervision of all Trades, Sub-Trades and personnel; Ensure that staff have an understanding of site project expectations. Recognize and communicate project issues as they are discovered; Document or draw up work instructions for workshop, as required; Provide feedback to staff regarding work performance / areas for further training; Procure minor materials, if required; Co-ordination of site deliveries; Enforce company standards and ensure any defects are rectified. Manage workload effectively; Communicate with client, office and other staff in an effective and timely manner.

PRE REQUISITIONS: Experience as a Site Installer, Site Foreman, and/or Site Supervisor; Exposure to working with and constructing shopfront Bulkheads and Entries. Professional and proactive outlook with a great work ethic; Ability and willingness to travel and live away for projects, as required; Strong understanding of WH&S; Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines; Attention to accuracy and detail; Strong planning and organisational abilities; Ability to lead and work alongside others; Ability to problem-solve and deliver results; Professional and proactive outlook with a great work ethic.

MUST HAVES: Trade Qualifications in Cabinetmaking, Joinery, Carpentry / Shopfitting; Current Driver’s License; OH&S White Card; Current First Aid and CPR Preferable but not essential. EWP and Scissor Ticket: preferred but not essential.
