Job Description: As an architect engineer at Advanced Foundations Company, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and oversight of a wide range of architectural projects. With over 10 years of experience, you will bring your extensive knowledge and expertise to ensure that all projects meet the highest technical, aesthetic, and functional standards. You will ensure compliance with building codes and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise: Apply advanced engineering principles to architecture, including the selection of materials, construction methods, shop drawings, and coordination planning.

Project Management: Coordinate with project managers, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with civil engineers, interior designers, and other professionals to create comprehensive and cohesive designs.

Quality Control: Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, integrating them into your work to improve efficiency and sustainability.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and engineering.

Licensure: Licensed Architect or Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.

Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM. In-depth understanding of building materials, construction methods, and structural principles. Strong project management and organizational skills. Proven ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and accuracy.
