Looking for a Projects Manager to Lead Multiple Fit-out Projects, Region: Riyadh (Saudi Arabia).
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to lead and oversee multiple fit-out projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. The project manager will play a pivotal role in coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets. Lead project kickoff meetings and establish clear objectives and deliverables. Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements. Address client concerns promptly and maintain strong relationships through regular updates and reports.
Team Leadership: Supervise and guide project teams, including site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors. Ensure that all team members are aligned with project goals and timelines. Provide mentorship and training for junior staff as needed.
Quality Control: Ensure that all projects adhere to company standards and client specifications. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Approve expenditures and track project costs to prevent overruns.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed project reports, including status updates, financial performance, and post-completion reviews. Maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference and audit purposes.
