Our Client: Randstad has partnered up with a global business in the agriculture and manufacturing sector. Their supply chain and customers are both national and international. We are seeking a dedicated professional to join their finance team as a Senior Financial Accountant.

About the Opportunity: Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this newly created Senior Financial Accountant position will play a critical role in supporting the financial reporting function.

Your key deliverables will include: Complete month-end activities, including compliance and financial reporting. Prepare and reconcile monthly balance sheets. Investigate and resolve inventory adjustments and variances. Manage intercompany matching processes and ensure accurate accounting of rebates and royalties. Assist with annual audit requirements and prepare statutory returns (BAS, Payroll Tax, and FBT). Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, alongside business process improvement projects.

Ideal Profile: You will be CA/CPA qualified, coupled with 5+ years industry experience. Manufacturing or inventory management experience is essential. Excellent attention to detail, with an inquisitive mindset. Strong communication skills, capable of building successful working relationships across departments. A proactive, adaptable team player who can also work independently. Experience using Pronto will be favourably considered.
