The Role: As the Concession Manager, you will be at the heart of the Castle Towers concession, driving sales and ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a talented team, maintaining high standards, and creating a welcoming and inspiring environment within Myer.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Castle Towers concession. Drive sales and exceed targets by delivering exceptional customer service. Recruit, train, and develop your team to achieve their full potential. Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand's identity. Manage inventory, stock levels, and store administration. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that aligns with brand values.

About You: Proven experience as a Store/Concession Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for fashion and a keen eye for style. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
