The Role: This company are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join the team at full capacity. You will be reporting to the Plant Engineer and leading a highly skilled and successful maintenance team. This role involves leading and monitoring the maintenance day-to-day activities required on the plant. You will ensure that all maintenance and equipment tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Your key responsibilities will be: Undertaking and monitoring training and development for approximately 12 skilled tradespeople, apprentices and a greaser. Supervising the quality and work performance of trade and maintenance contractors. Ensuring strict compliance with OH&S procedures.

Your Background: Established and experienced trade background within mechanical or electrical.

Leadership skills: Maintenance supervisor experience, ideally within FMCG.
