At our venue, we pride ourselves on providing a wonderful atmosphere where everyone can enjoy delicious food and great company. As the Head Chef, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute a creative and enticing menu that caters to families and individuals alike, using fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control, to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Collaborate with the management team to create and implement seasonal promotions and special menus. Train and mentor junior chefs, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant, preferably with experience in pub-style establishments. Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes. Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
