Job Responsibilities: Installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment and infrastructure. Rigging and tower climbing for antenna and equipment installations. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on-site. Adhering to safety protocols and standards at all times.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. HRW license, Tower rescue is required along with other basic certifications. Proficiency in rigging and dogging work in the telecommunications industry. Strong understanding of telecommunications equipment and systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various sites. Physically fit and able to climb and lift. Be able to work outdoors.
