About the role: As an Assets and Property Officer, you’ll provide administrative, informational, and financial support to the Assets and Emergency Management Branch.
Some of your key duties will include: assisting with the development and management of maintenance and minor work programs. Undertake property inspections and coordinate building contractors. Arrange the submission and evaluation of quotations. Participate in and support the department’s building emergency management practices, committees, and organisations.
Our ideal candidate has A hands-on approach to their work. The ability to think on your feet. A self-starter who makes decisions and asks for help when needed. Experience in property, asset, facility, or security management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good organisational and resilience skills.
