Live-In Caregiver (Live in care-giver for a disabled adult)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, On Call, Shift
Salary: $11.00 Hourly for 30 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Eganville, Ontario (1 vacancy)
Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Some university
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): First Aid Certificate, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Experience with Special Needs Children: Person with a disability
Work Setting: Employer's home
Specific Skills: Shop for food and household supplies, Care for pets
Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Driver's validity licence check
Transportation/Travel Information: Vehicle supplied by employer, Willing to travel regularly
Work Location Information: Work in employer's/client's home, Room and board provided, Rural community
Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Finding information, Computer use
