The Role: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Talent Coordinator to join our dynamic People Team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives across the organisation. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner and Talent and Development Advisor, managing diverse stakeholders and ensuring the seamless delivery of recruitment and L&D programs.

Responsibilities: Coordinate logistics and delivery of internal and external training across all sites. Manage all stages of recruitment, including job ads, interviews, and offers. Develop and administer eLearning programs, supporting organisational objectives. Schedule and manage training sessions, including venue setup, catering, and communications. Support the transition to new Learning Management Systems (LMS). Maintain and update training materials and ensure data integrity. Provide technical support for eLearning platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and external providers. Monitor and report on training and recruitment outcomes to maintain high standards. Drive continuous improvement of recruitment and training processes.

About You: Demonstrated experience in Learning & Development and recruitment coordination. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to learn new systems and software quickly. Proactive and customer-focused with a service delivery orientation. High attention to detail and strong process administration capabilities. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Comfortable engaging with people from diverse backgrounds. Experience in scheduling and managing training sessions. Tertiary qualifications in HR or related fields are desirable but not essential.
