About the role: Due to the growth of our business, we are looking for a sales assistantPA or Director.

Day to day, you will be responsible for: doorknocking and fixing appointments. Cold calling / database calls. Prepare listing kits and market properties. Prepare marketing kits and sales appraisals. Managing advertising schedules. Database management. Providing exceptional customer service. Assisting at auctions and open inspections.

Skills & Experience: Effective negotiation and customer service skills. Ability to work well in a team. Passionate about property. Polished and professional presentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A current real Estate License / Certificate of Registration. Valid Victorian Driver's License and your own car.
