Our agency and client base are growing and we are seeking an experienced travel consultant who understands the needs of well-travelled, high-end clients. We are Virtuoso Preferred for the Australian and New Zealand markets as we continue to expand into the trade industry. The role offers: exceptional luxury familiarisation trips, excellent remuneration, and career development opportunities. The role will require you to manage customer relationships, understand their needs, design inspiring itineraries, liaise with partners and suppliers, and manage the booking process. This hybrid role is full-time or part-time for the right candidate.

About You: Exceptional customer service. Luxury Africa travel sales experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management skills and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate with the team as well as work autonomously. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create itineraries. Proficient with outlook, word and excel. Ticketing experience preferred (Amadeus). The role is ideally suited to a motivated individual who is genuinely excited about delivering exceptional luxury travel experiences and managing client relationships and bookings.
