What You’ll Rock:
Support the Venue Manager: Assist with day-to-day operations and take charge when they’re off on other projects.
Develop and inspire: Train key team members and ensure we’re always growing with top talent and succession planning.
Smart Scheduling: Handle rostering and labor control strategies while keeping our service and culture top-notch.
Industry Savvy: Use your knowledge of the Restaurant Industry Award to keep us compliant and efficient.
Quality Boost: Partner with the Venue Manager to enhance RBG’s quality, service, and overall results.
Hands-on Training: Teach the team how to place orders, conduct stocktakes, and review variances.
Compliance Keeper: Ensure we’re spot-on with food safety and liquor control regulations.
Floor Leadership: Lead the team during service, making sure every customer experience is memorable and our team stays motivated.
Safety First: Maintain a safe and fun workplace for everyone.
Smooth Operations: Oversee opening and closing procedures and adjust staffing to fit bookings and budgets.
