Join our client's team, which is a leading provider of remote support services specializing in LTE, RF, Network, and Minestar technologies for the mining industry. Their Support Center is renowned for delivering top-notch network and application support to mining operations worldwide.

Role Overview: We are looking for a talented Analyst to join our client's dynamic team. You'll be at the forefront of providing remote support, troubleshooting LTE, RF, Network, and Minestar systems, and ensuring smooth operations for mining clients.

Key Responsibilities LTE, RF, and Network Support: Monitor and respond to network and system incidents. Deliver Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any disruptions affecting asset availability and Fleet Management Systems (FMS). Maintain the security and integrity of IT systems.

Minestar and Technical Support: Handle level 1 IMS application-related issues and feature requests. Provide expert support for Minestar technologies by compiling reports and offering technical recommendations. Keep SOPs and technical documentation up-to-date.

Cust, Ensure high-quality customer service and foster continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with clients and vendors to enhance the overall customer experience. Support change management processes and contribute to service improvements.

Capability Development: Document and standardize processes for all support services. Share knowledge and contribute to the technical playbooks. Provide consulting and specialist support to enhance our global remote support capabilities.

Qualifications and Skills: You must have mining experience to apply. Proficiency in LTE, RF, and network technologies is highly desirable. Experience with Minestar systems is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines. Excellent communication skills for liaising with cross-functional teams and clients.
