About Us: Established in 2009, Neove Pharma Australia supplies high-quality and cost-effective veterinary products for pets and livestock. As a result of strong growth, we now seek to add a Business Development Manager in NSW to our team.

The Role: is to grow sales of pet flea and worming products and livestock drenches across new and existing channels. Call on retail customers to develop new business, maintain productive relationships and provide technical support. Provide impactful customer service using face-to-face and virtual interactions. Meets sales expectations and budgets. Autonomy includes the ability to work from home (40%) as well as self-managed travel (60%). Maintain records of activities, sales figures and relevant customer data.

The Candidate: Minimum 3-5 years’ business development or sales experience. Good contacts in the pet or rural business. Proven ability to effectively develop major accounts and sell products. The ability to comprehend and communicate products to customers. Strong work ethic and flexibility. I am able to work autonomously and part of a team. Full driver's license.

The Package: full-time or part-time. Base: $80K - $100K + super + tools of trade. Leading sales incentive program that includes “first order commission” on top of quarterly bonuses. OTE $150K.
