We Are Hiring! MJ GreenGuard Landscaping is a start-up business specializing in all aspects of landscape construction based in Brisbane. Role and Duty Professionalism and Communication: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and relationship management.

Market Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze market conditions, competitor activities, and customer trends. Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management, offering insights and actionable recommendations.

Customer Relationship Management: Manage and track customer engagements, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Cold Calling and Lead Generation: Thrive in a high cold-calling environment, approaching cold leads with confidence and persistence. Develop innovative strategies to generate new leads and expand the company's market reach.

Flexible Scheduling: Set your weekly schedule to optimize efficiency, particularly with client visits and management responsibilities. Enjoy the flexibility to manage your time and work independently.

Team Support: Provide support to our team, providing the resources and guidance needed. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals and drive overall company success.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base. Identify opportunities for growth and develop action plans to capitalize on them.

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close deals, contracts, and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. Maintain a high closing ratio by understanding client needs and effectively addressing objective.

Technical Knowledge: Understand and apply landscape specifications accurately, ensuring all projects meet client expectations and industry standards.

Required Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in landscaping construction and sales industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and time management skills.
