Responsibilities: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc. Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Schedule and confirm appointments. Manage contracts. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Answer electronic enquiries. Respond to employee questions and complaints. Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures. Conduct research. Perform data entry. Provide customer service. Maintain and manage digital database. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support. Supervise office and volunteer staff.
