The Position Your responsibilities as Sales Manager include: managing and inspiring a team of sales agents and associates to achieve and exceed targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring top-notch customer service. Monitor local market trends and competitor activities. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and performance. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

The Person The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Manager will have: Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of the local real estate market in Penrith. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Valid real estate license.
