We take pride in maintaining the highest standards in the industry and are looking for a dedicated Inspections Officer to join our team.

As an Inspections Officer, you'll be on the move, playing a crucial role in our property management operations. Your primary responsibilities will involve conducting routine inspections and preparing condition reports. This role is ideal for individuals who love being on the road and prefer a fast-paced, field-based position. You will have access to a company car to facilitate your appointments.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine property inspections to ensure they are well-maintained and in compliance with lease agreements and legislation. Prepare detailed condition reports, documenting the current state of properties, including any damages or required maintenance. Provide professional, friendly, and informative service to property owners and renters during inspections. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all property inspections and reports. Coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently to meet deadlines. Communicate professionally with property owners, renters, and team members via email, phone, and at appointments. Adhere to all company policies and legal requirements related to property inspections.

Qualifications: MUST have an agent rep certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate. Previous experience in real estate or property management is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail. Valid driver's license. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively. Professional demeanor and customer-oriented attitude.
