The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining strong relationships with property owners and tenants. Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of residential properties. Conduct property inspections and assess maintenance needs. Oversee leasing processes, including tenant screenings and lease negotiations. Handle tenant concerns, inquiries, and disputes in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the landlords and contractors to address property maintenance issues. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations. Prepare and present regular reports on property performance to landlords.

Qualifications: a minimum of 2 years of experience in property management. Strong understanding of property laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Real Estate Class 2 License.
